FA-200-10D Automatic Impulse Sealer.

The FA Series uses a powerful solenoid coupled with an electronic controller to safely perform a perfect seal on any bag with ease.

The FA series welders are excellent for automatic and semi-automatic welding of any complex film, bag and sheath (aluminum, kraft ...).

These countertop welders are compact, easy to transport, and can even be placed on a small table.

Simple to use, no skills are required to be able to make a tight, solid and perfectly uniform weld.

Use the touchscreen control screen to adjust the heating temperature conditions, a mode switch allows you to easily set your parameters. After you have established your settings, you can choose between a continuous automatic mode of operation or a manual mode using the air pedal.

The weld pressure is easily adjustable according to the thickness and type of material to be welded by adjusting the pressure nut located in the center of the upper jaw.

The double seal (heated lower and upper jaws) allows the thickest bags and sleeves to be sealed, ideal for gusseted bags.

Impulse welder: Ready to be used as soon as it is switched on (The resistors only heat up during the welding time).
