WNA | Automatic impulse sealer

The WN-A series is designed for sealing in manual cadence by pressing a pedal or automated, by timing the cadence.

Lowering of the jaws is assisted by a powerful electromagnet.

Sealing cycle is carried out automatically thanks to the adjustment of 3 potentiometers (heating time, cooling time, interval).

Equipped with foot switch for manual operation. A switch allows you to choose between automatic or semi-automatic function.

Sealing width 2.7mm, 5mm or 10mm depending on the model. Depending on stock, contact us to order a specific model.

Sealing length 300, 450, 600, 750, 900, 1200 and 1500mm. Depending on stock, contact us to order a specific model.

Suitable materials: PE, PP, OPP, PVC, POF, etc.

• Double heating, lower and upper heated jaws for efficient sealing of the thickest materials: gusset bags, gusset bags, doypacks, etc. (Depends on the model)
• Double electromagnet, allows better distributed pressure for the longest models, up to 1500mm. (Optional, available depending on the model)
