Description
The CV110IP is a vertical strip sealer mounted on a frame.
A production tool designed for continuous operation. Highly efficient for large production runs.
Constant temperature of the heating jaws, adjustable to the degree via a digital potentiometer.
It combines sealing and knurling functions.
The conveyor/sealing speed and temperature are adjustable according to the thickness and variety of the materials being sealed.
A fan ensures efficient cooling of the seal and the machine.
The head and conveyor are independently height-adjustable to accommodate bag heights from 60 to 600 mm.
Equipped with safety guards.
Robust frame with wheels and brakes for easy movement and positioning.
Integrated hot stamping encoder: • 20-character marking on 3 lines
• Horizontally adjustable marking position
