Description
The CH110IP is a horizontal strip welder on a chassis. Production tool.
Designed for continuous use. Very effective for large series of welds. Constant heat of the heating jaws adjustable to the nearest degree by digital potentiometer.
It combines welding and knurling functions.
The speed of the conveying/welding assembly as well as the temperature can be adapted depending on the thickness and variety of the materials to be welded.
A fan ensures efficient cooling of the weld and the machine. Height adjustable with a steering wheel. Equipped with security guards.
Robust chassis with wheels and brakes for easy movement and positioning.
Integrated hot encoder:
• Marking of 20 characters on 3 lines
• Horizontally adjustable marking position
• Ideal for dlc and lot numbers...
